Disneyland measles cases spreading through SoCal

LOS ANGELES – Nearly a hundred Californians have now been infected with measles and many of the cases can be traced to Christmas time in Disneyland.

Los Angeles, Ventura, and San Bernardino county were affected by the outbreak, prompting several schools to ban unvaccinated students, stop classes, and issue quarantines.

Symptoms including fever, runny nose, and severe rashes, which may not appear until days after a person is exposed.

“That’s public safety and that’s the responsibility of the health department to make the order to not let the kids go to school because it’s a communicable disease,” explained Elma Ruden, a Filipina nurse from Beverly Hills.

A few miles from the latest measles case Santa Monica High School, which has temporarily closed it’s day care center, Filipinos from LA’s Westside say it does concern them that the disease is in their neighborhood.

“I hope they can contain that as soon as possible,” said Romey Rossell, who lives in Santa Monica.

For Ruden, she feels confident that as long as a person has been vaccinated, there should be no fear.

“I’m not worried. We have the health department to take care of it and it happens usually to younger adults and babies,” she said.

Health officials have blamed the outbreak on unvaccinated patients.

California laws require students to be vaccinated, but parents can obtain waivers that will allow them to skip the vaccination over religious or personal beliefs.

For each measles case, local health officials investigate an infected person and the places where they may have been and have exposed people.

Ha,ha,ha,CA Disneyland blamed for the spread of measles on 15 States, CDC tell the truth, from 1983,you require the Doctor to inject 4 vaccines on children, then on 2013, your new guideline require Doctor to inject 8 or more vaccines on kids. What is the sudden increased, remember on 2013, Obama and the Democrat open border policy, dumped 100,000 unvaccinated illegal kid from Central America.Border Patrol were getting sick but required to keep quite. Then on the summer of 2014, another unvaccinated illegal adult and kids arrived by train load from Central America.Did Homeland Security revealed, what States they dumped the illegals kids, now enrolled on public schools and infecting your children. Parents,do your research on VACCINE, Parents, take the risk on your beautiful child, vaccine is good and bad. Bad because some vaccine is mixed with aluminum and mercury, which they said if can cause cancer. Well I still advised you to take the vaccine. This infectious diseases were eradicated 15 yrs ago, now they are back.Blame on government medical negligence.

Everybody knows what’s going on here. All these “mysterious” outbreaks of communicable disease among our children across the country. This, after all the warnings about tens of thousands of unscreened and unvaccinated Central American “refugee” kiddies being distributed to communities and public schools throughout the land. Who didn’t see this coming?

Today I’ve seen , centered on vaccinations, keep leaving out the reason this discussion has been pushed to the forefront ,illegal immigration, I find it preposterous that government officials who have encouraged and rewarded this dangerous, reckless, and lawless form of ‘migration’ to then lecture me on ‘disease prevention’ and how they are ‘concerned for our welfare’,Please! This whole issue is a deflection from why these illnesses are even present again in our society ,A President who ‘exempts’ law-breaking foreigners from standards, laws, and immunizations and THEN distributes them by bus or by plane throughout the Nation.

Everyone who shared their thoughts on the issue of measles spreading through SOCAL really have some valid argument. As citizens and legal immigrants attend school, the one question to ask is for your children’s shot record. A stressful situation if you are not prepared. Whereas it would be against the law to ask those children of illegal (undocumented) immigrants for their shot record? The law in all respects should never be a burden to citizens and legal immigrants. It shall served every citizens and legal immigrants the benefits and privileges they deserved, not someone else who never earn or deserved it…
