Daly City council candidates are building relationships with the community’s youth

DALY CITY, CA — Four candidates running for city council of Daly City sat onstage listening and speaking with its citizens — the majority of the audience consisting of students of Westmoor High School, who are too young to vote.

“It’s possible to create community change if you’re eligible to vote or not. Youth power is important and that’s what we strive for,” says Eduardo Gonzalez, of the Youth Leadership Institute.
