SAN FRANCISCO — The initials of Filipino American artists, Chris Ramos and Sonny B, make up the duo: CRSB.
The group — which has been making music since the late 2000s — feels blessed to continue to perform for audiences, especially at the season three premiere of Undiscovered SF.
Both Vallejo, California natives — CRSB has made a name for creating original music.
With their own brand of island soul-infused pop — CRSB has a collection of videos that has amassed over three and a half million plays on YouTube.
With a new album, “We Are CRSB,” and more music on the way — the duo says they are not done yet.
“This is what we were made to do. When you find something that you love and you know what you’re here on Earth for, there’s no doubt in your mind, in your soul, in your body that will stop you from trying to accomplish those things.”
“And this my cousin right here! We get to go around sing songs and eat good food, meet good people, and drink good drinks, feel the love.Aint nothing better than this right here.”
CRSB has found tremendous success in Hawaii — getting three number one songs and five top-five hits on the Hawaiian radio waves.
They say, with the love and support of their family and community — they will continue to grow their brand worldwide.
“We out here representing the Bay. We representing the Filipinos. We representing all our cultures, Hawaiians, everything. It feels real good to be here tonight and to feel the love.”
CRSB will be heading back out on the road in august for their own tour.
