Connecting and mentoring Filipino industry leaders

NEW YORK — This is what happens when global Filipino industry leaders meet Fil-Am community members who could be future leaders themselves.

Not just through social media but face to face, to connect and be inspired with stories of success.

At a network and mentoring event called: PH Time is Now at the prestigious Harvard Club of New York.

From Filipinos on Broadway like Vincent Rodriguez III, restaurant magnates like Nicole Ponseca, to Fil-Ams like Alfredo Tan who launched the most important tech company in the Philippines: Facebook.

Attendees got to hear inspiring stories of Filipino-Americans who made it.

“It was a real privilege and honor to be chosen, not that many Filipinos in tech, to be a leader in tech and get to be chosen in Silicon Valley… open the Philippine office was the greatest honor in my entire career.”

Organizers say they are planning to bring this mentoring and networking program from the East Coast to the West as well as Canada.
