Coach Steve Kerr on Kevin Durant, Warriors wins

It was do-or-die for the Golden State Warriors entering game 5 with a 3-1 series lead favoring the Toronto Raptors.

One bit of good news was that the Warriors entered the game with a complete lineup again after the team’s medical staff gave the green light to Kevin Durant to finally play.

In the final play the Raptors found a wide-open Kiyle Lowry at the corner who put up a three at the buzzer.

But he missed and the Warriors survived to take the win 106 to 105. They trim the series lead of Toronto 3-2.

After the game, Coach Steve Kerr said he was proud with the heart his players showed, but he was torn and sad for Durant.
