Chaos in Ferguson after no indictment charges

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – Buildings looted, set ablaze. Gunshots fired. A police car surrounded, vandalized. Media crews being hit with smoke bombs as police and protesters face-off in the streets.

This is what’s become of Ferguson, Mo.

Authorities say last night’s protest was the worst they’ve seen since the August shooting death of unarmed 18-year-old Michael Brown.

Just hours before the chaos, a St. Louis grand jury declined to indict police officer Darren Wilson.

In August Wilson reportedly shot and killed 18-year old Michael Brown during a confrontation.

“They determined that no probable cause exists to file any charge against Officer Wilson and returned a no true bill on each of the five indictments,” said Robert McCulloch, St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney.

Officer Wilson could still face a justice department investigation for possibly violating Brown’s civil rights and he faces an internal investigation by the Ferguson police.

Michael brown’s family reportedly plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit against Wilson.

Lawyers for the family spoke today about strenuously objecting to the prosecutor and the grand jury process.

“We went through as much of it as we could, and saw how completely unfair this process was,” said Benjamin Crump, Brown’s family attorney. “We object publicly and loudly as we can on behalf of Michael Brown Jr.’s family, that this process is broken.”

Meantime the mayor of St. Louis says the chaos and violence in Ferguson do not represent the people of the community.

“I want to first and foremost condemn the terrible violence that occurred in Ferguson,” said St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay. “It’s unacceptable. It’s wrong. The vast majority of people living in our region condemn it as well.”

President Barack Obama says we need to recognize the chaos there as not just an issue for Ferguson but an issue for America.

“We need to recognize that the situation in Ferguson speaks to broader challenges that we still face as a nation,” said Obama. “The fact is in too many parts of this country a deep distrust exists between law enforcement and communities of color.”

As of this broadcast, more than a dozen were injured and over 60 people arrested.
Authorities believe there will be more unrest, and that the grudge against the police will not go away anytime soon.

the dead man was a thug. all these violent outsider protestors are either portraying the dead thug, as if he was an innocent angel, or they are using the protest as an advantage to loot businesses, and to destroy ferguson or both. forensic hard evidences were pointing to the dead thug as the aggressor. officer wilson save his own life against this thug, who was trying to get his service gun to shoot him, instead the thug loss his own life. one less thug on the street of ferguson.

the villain sharpston, who BTW makes tons of dough in organizing racial protest, the racist holder, the loser, pinocchio obozo and countless black leaders, be it in politics or religious ranks, all of them cannot accept the fact findings of the grand jury, that the dead thug was the criminal in the deadly/tragic encounter with officer wilson, who was trying to do his police duty of arresting criminals, like this dead thug. clearly, this dead thug did not learn from his parents or elders on how NOT to be a criminal, and how to deal with law enforcement’s probable cause arrest. the dead thug’s violent actions against officer wilson were all proven with forensic science, that the deadly force was self defense. yet all these homey supporters of the dead thug, and his survivors are into inciting more uprising with their race card as an ace, justifying vicious protests nationwide. IF the police officer that shot this dead thug happened to be black, these black leaders, obozo as the frontman will not even be insanely talking of police brutality among blacks and hispanics or people of color, since the police is BLACK. there are too many whites that were murdered by blacks, and the public have not seen organized protest of the white community is a disparity.
