Boyhood, Birdman win big at the Critic’s Choice Awards

The movie critics have spoken and they gave major praise to the film “Boyhood” at last night’s Critic’s Choice Awards.

“Boyhood” walked away with the awards for best picture, best supporting actress for Patricia Arquette, and best director Richard Linklater.

“Birdman” also won big with awards for Michael Keaton for best actor, best acting ensemble, and best cinematography.

Other awards went to “The Grand Budapest Hotel” for best comedy, and “Guardians of the Galaxy” got best action movie.
