Atty. Tancinco says undocumented Filipinos are afforded due process of the law

Pinoy Panawagan counsel attorney Lou Tancinco says she finds it troubling that the Philippines’ special envoy to the US, Babe Romualdez, would suggest that about 310,000 undocumented Filipinos are up for deportation.

She says even if they are apprehended, they are afforded due process.  She insists there is no mass deportation affecting Pinoys at this time.

As I predicted 2017 is the best years for Immigration lawyers…310K Pinoy illegals pay 1000 USD means $310 Million business to immigration lawyer. To my Kababayan, my advice go DIRECT to an Immigration lawyer. Immigration lawyers can find a relief to delay your case for the next 3-5 yrs…

Hey Atty. Tancinco yes you will have Due Process, if you apprehended as a illegal person in America, I for one know this, you can’t win because your illegal, so they will give you a 5 minute phone call to your home land so that your family can pick you up at the airport. Yes I know that because I was in jail with some Filipinos and they all lost their Due Process and they spend all their savings to the Atty, like you that made big money. One of them I was with spend $15,000.00 to Atty, like you and lost all his money and was put on a one way trip to the “PHILIPPINES.” He cried and cried, but couldn’t do anything for him, but say goodbye.

Attorney Tancinco says Undocumented Filipinos will go to due process of the law. Let me tell you all, you will never win your due process in court, because you broke the law of America, by coming to America illegal. I know because I was at one time in a FDC lock up and I met this 11 Filipinos that was lock up for being Undocumented in America, they spend Thousands of dollars on Attorneys and couldn’t win in court because they broke the American law and the Attorneys just took all they hard earn money, yes they all got deported back to the Philippines and had no money because the Attorneys took all there money, and the Attorneys knew that they couldn’t do anything to help them, but the Attorneys just wanted there money. So think hard if you are undocumented and get caught if you want to go due process in court and lose all your money to the Attorneys and still get “DEPORTED OUT OF AMERICA.”
