Ancajas fight at Oracle Arena ends in draw

LAS VEGAS — Dubbed as Manny Pacquiao’s protege, boxing champion Jerwin Ancajas co-headlined the main event Friday night in front of the Filipino boxing fans of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jerwin Ancajas and his Mexican challenger, Alejandro Santiago, share a hug after going the distance — 12 rounds for the IBF junior bantamweight title.

Ancajas would retain the title, due to a split draw.
