In Southern California, a Filipina woman is in custody of a big-time dark web drug operation.
31-year-old Donnica Mae Rabulan and her husband Michael Allen Goldberg have been accused of sending packages of narcotics internationally, including to the Philippines.
A third person, James Caleb Keuker, has also been named in the indictment for his role in collecting payments and owning the property where the drugs were produced.
The investigations began in May when a shipping company found Philippine-destined parcels delivered by Goldberg was carrying drugs.
Rabulan who is facing four counts of distributing methamphetamine, in addition to the conspiracy charges filed against all three defendants is due back in court in June.
